Begin with a detailed consultation to assess your eligibility for the Latvian residency permit. We will review your profile against the general requirements, including financial resources and criminal record, and conduct a thorough internal due diligence check.
Choose Your Investment Option (1 - 3+ days)
Select one of the following investment routes to proceed with your application:
- Business Investment: Invest at least €50,000 in a Latvian business.
- Property Investment: Invest a minimum of €250,000 in Latvian real estate (residential or commercial).
- Government Bond Investment: Invest a minimum €250,000 in govt. Bonds.
- Bank Deposit Investment: Deposit a minimum of €280,000 in a Latvian bank for five years.
Engage Legal Support and Initial Payment (2+ day)
Partner with our experienced legal team to manage documentation and ensure compliance with Latvian regulations. Make an initial payment towards our professional fees to officially start the application process.
Investment and Agreement Signing (14+ days)

Document Preparation, Application Submission and Visa Issuance (60+ days)
